We have also manifested the machine performance with top model of CNC E200. This ensures high performance and helps to attain good returns on moderate investment. The E200 computer numerical control system helps to operate and monitor the X, Y and Z axis strokes as well as obtain precise bending. Servo motor or variable frequency motor is provided with this machine for fast and precise bending.

It is designed with advanced proportional valve control which controls the mechanism of hydraulic cylinders and allows it to work synchronously. It is a suitable model which can be depended on for precise bending operation and durable performance. It is equipped with deflection compensation table which supports for precise bending operation. The CNC system is set to control various types of Ram stroke including Y1, Y2 and backgauge X, Y, and Z strokes.

E10 : which suits to control monitor and backgauge operation and soft positioning of backgauge.

DAC310 : It contains high resolution LCD display and designed for backgauge control, gap or angle control, stroke travel limitation, etc.

DA41 : Designed for Ram stroke control, backgauge control, angle programming, retraction control, etc.

DAC 360 : Equipped with high resolution bring LCD display and panel based housing. Suits for backgauge control, retract function, rake angle control, blades gap control, stroke travel limitation, etc.

E200 : Suits for multiple working steps which can be programmed at one time and it can be executed automatically.

DA56 : Comes with 10.4”TFT color display and 2D graphical programming and it is designed for bending sequence determination, and crowning control for anti-deflection. It comes with USB interface.

DA52 : It is equipped with 6,4” LC, true color TFT display and can control 4 axes at a time.

DA66We : With 12” TFT color display it suits very well for 2D graphical programming and 3D visualization in production mode. The bending sequences and bending pressure can be automatically calculated.

DA65We : It is a flexible control model which can control multiple axes and the bending sequences and bending pressure can be automatically calculated.

DA69We : It contains built in PLC that helps to reduce the necessity for cables. It can be depended for 3D graphical acceleration and provisioned with 2USB interface and angle correction database.
