It is versatile manually operated equipment that is exclusively designed for bending pipes, especially thick walled ones. It is provided with different pipe bending moulds or dies that work out for multiple dimensional curving requirements. This device is advantages in several ways apart from the basic tooling functionality. If the oil level is maintained at constant proportion, this apparatus remains adequate for the operator to stay free from maintenance. While taking about its performance, our manual hydraulic pipe bending device provides guaranteed precision in curving operations. It is certainly not recommended for performing any other tooling job than bending.

It helps to obtain the edge of the bedding material to form into the perfect profile shape in terms of uniform border. Though there might be various machines to carryout bordering or edge bending processes, yet bordering machine has been designed to work in relationship with the determined axis to provide the desired result.

These two models are designed for machining operation on smaller range of trimming. Apart from that, we provide set of 5 or 4 standard rollers which vary according to every model.
